Mediterranean chicken with spices

You will need:

1 roasted chicken, preferably with its skin removed

¼ cup of honey

¼ of raisins

½ of sliced green olives

1 small jar of salsa

1 tablespoon of olive oil

2 teaspoons of curry powder


Get a small skillet and put the olive oil in it. Heat it over medium heat and gradually stir in the curry powder. Continue cooking it for one minute. When this is done put the rest of the ingredients in the skillet except from the chicken, and stir them well. Then add the chicken and cook it until it is turned to coat. It will take you about 5-6 minutes and at that time you should turn it over from one side to another being careful that it is equally roasted and not only from the one side. 6 scallops

6 big (jumbo) shrimps, peeled but their trail still attached

2 (4 ounce) halibut fillets

2 tablespoons of melted butter

1/3 cup dry white wine

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon chopped parsley

Salt and pepper to taste


Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Get a glass baking dish and arrange the scallops, the shrimps, and the halibut. Spread the lemon juice, the butter and the wine over the seafood. You can stir them a little if you want so that the ingredients are not only gathered in one spot. Sprinkle the garlic and the seasoning over the rest of the ingredients. Put the baking dish in the oven for over 10-12 minutes, until the halibut has turned white. Remove it from the oven. Sprinkle the dish with parsley before serving it.
