The Perfect Foods for Losing Weight

Losing weight is a nasty business, but if you want to be healthy and fit, you have to learn how to eat and how to exercise in order to achieve the goal you’ve set.

Your first job is to decide why you want to lose weight. You have to be clear with your desires. And then, when you know how you want to look, you have to make a plan – match the proper exercises with the proper foods.

If you want just to get fit and tight, you can make fewer cardio exercises and more weight-lifting exercises.

If you want to lose a lot of weight, you have to concentrate on the cardio exercises in your plan.

But the food remains the same when you are aiming for weight losing goal. Down below you will find several types of foods that work as fat blasters. Take a look and write them down in the shopping list:

  • And more specifically – the salmon. This fish is extremely fatty, but not every food that is rich in fat is bad for you. Don’t fool yourself by eating non-fat foots. The trick is to eat the right fats, like the omega-3, which is a healthy fat that boost up the metabolism, and the salmon is rich in this good-for-your-body fat.
  • The daily amount of water intake must be 2,4 – 2,8 l per day according to your body weight. Some people can’t drink this much water, and here comes the cucumber for help. It contains more than 90% water and it’s great as a midday snack, which will not mess up your calorie intake for the day.
  • Here are some numbers: according to a recent study, the strawberries led people to eat around 134 fewer calories at the next meal. For instance, I ‘eat’ my strawberries in a smoothie. Here is my recipe for energy boost, low fat, breakfast smoothie: 60 gr strawberries, 40 gr banana; ½ cup of frozen spinach; ½ cup plain yogurt; green tea; 3 tablespoons of honey; 25 gr oatmeal. Blend the ingredients in your smoothie maker and enjoy this healthy breakfast.
  • In fact, all kinds of nuts have their benefits, but the hazelnuts are proven to reduce belly fat. It is rich in monounsaturated fats, which are also one of the good fats and they surely can help blast belly buildups. Other ingredients that have huge health benefit level are fiber, folate and potassium.
  • Especially the egg yolks are great for your body – no fat, no cholesterol, a lot of protein. IF you eat them for breakfast, you will eat less caloric foods during the rest of the day. It is proven!

These are the main foods that aim the belly fat, but there are a few more ingredients that can help lose some pounds from the belly. And they are:


Balsamic vinegar and apple cider vinegar for the salad dressings.

Whole-grain bread, when you need to eat bread, but try to keep the intake of bread low.

Greek yogurt.
